IFA Administrator - Norwich

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a very friendly and successful Independent Financial Planning firm who offer expert advice to their clients. Client care is extremely important to them, and they ensure all staff offer a five star service, whilst helping their clients achieve their financial goals.

They are looking for a Client Services Administrator to be proactive and provide excellent support to their Advisors and Paraplanners, ensuring the client always receives the highest level of service. Responsibilities:

- Liaising with providers on a regular basis

- Maintaining and updating back-office systems and ensuring knowledge of these systems are kept up to date at all times

- Processing and submitting new business

- Preparing files for annual and quarterly review meetings

- Data extraction, checking and analysis

- Other ad hoc duties

The Required Skills:

- Proficiency using IT systems and back-office systems

- Strong understanding of financial products

- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

On offer is an excellent basic salary to £28000 plus bonus and benefits.
