Accounts Assistant - Hadleigh

Paul Charles Recruitment has a new client in Hadleigh, who are keen to appoint an Accounts Administrator to their team. The Accounts Administrator role will involve the following duties:

· Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables

· Credit control - chasing payments from clients

· Liaising with suppliers and Sub Contractor Labour as necessary

· Manage and respond to invoice and payment queries

· Email invoices and credit notes and ensure they are coded correctly and raising invoices

· Inputting of data

· Managing general accounting queries (internally and externally)

· Sage 50 Accounts Management

· Monthly CIS returns

The ideal candidate must have experience with processing invoices and possess excellent attention to detail. You will also need to have a good understanding of Excel and an outstanding telephone manner, and preferably know your way around Sage software.

A salary up to £26,000 plus benefits is on offer.
