client, by working together to establish job specification,
business strategy, organisation and group structures, individual
specification and time scales. When all the information
is collated a solution will be recommended which will reflect
the specific need of the client.
Executive
Search and Selection
Executive Search is extremely successful and relies upon
exceptional levels of expertise and commitment. Paul Charles
Recruitment has found this to be the most effective method
to source and supply specific skill sets or senior individuals
within the competitor arena. This is a highly proactive
recruitment approach which quickly and discreetly satisfies
the most complex of needs. This method identifies a range
of highly motivated candidates with the relevant experiences.
Once a candidate has been qualified they are approached
directly for their interest in your role and those who are
capable of adding value to both the role and to the client's
organisation, will be presented on a short list. This will
be submitted to the client. Following an initial appraisal
by the client we will personally discuss with the candidates
in detail the opportunities available with the sole aim
of building up a detailed profile. This will include a full
employment history, remuneration details as well as the
candidate's aspirations and motivations.
A full report will be
submitted which will include our recommendations and from
this the client will be able to select suitable candidates
which they wish to invite for a formal interview.
Paul Charles Recruitment will arrange feedback and assistance
will be given with negotiation. The appropriate follow up
after the candidate has been appointed will be managed and
handled professionally.
Advertised
Search
This service has all the benefits of the Executive Search
but with the addition of advertising. This is usually necessary
when an assignment covers a large geographical area; where
there is a need for an extensive range of skill sets or
specialist knowledge; or where you require a number of candidates
in a short space of time.
We are able to discuss with the client the different types
of media to be used, create for the client a design concept
and manage the response effectively. Paul Charles Recruitment
can add extra value to your advertising response by applying
the Executive Search process alongside it and increasing
the potential of the campaign.
Database
Search
This method involves looking through the candidates'
CVs on our database in an attempt to match them
to your requirements. The database is constantly
updated and will contain candidates with specialist
market knowledge. These individuals will be currently
'on the market' and looking to move. Naturally,
strong individuals do not sit on our database for
very long and are quickly snapped up by clients
seeking their skills. It is our usual practice to
check any 'current candidates' immediately after
being given a client's assignment.
Contingency
In certain circumstances, Paul Charles Recruitment
will take a thorough brief and prepare an assignment
specification, detailing an action plan and timescale.
After extensive research, candidates will have been
identified and discreetly approached. The top CVs
will be submitted to the client, interviews will
be arranged and assistance given throughout the
recruitment process. This is both quick and effective
and minimises the demands on the client's time.
