The key tasks are:• Handling the internal servicing of clients’ accounts;• Understanding the clients' business and risk profiles; • Building a general knowledge of designated clients, their industry and business operations.• Identifying and understanding clients' needs; • Communicating clients' needs to underwriters; • Building a relationship with clients and giving prompt attention to their requests; • Discussing what their future insurance needs might be and maintaining contact with them;• Broking risks;• Ensuring that requested work is carried out promptly;• Maintaining records; • Preparing detailed reports;• Invoicing • Working closely with the Account Executives responsible for the portfolio of clients to ensure the clients’ needs are met.There are excellent benefits on offer together with an achievable bonus structure.

The right candidate should have: 1) Three to five years experience in Commercial/General Insurance 2) Some level of professional qualifications 3) A high standard of spoken and written English and appropriate computer skills The position requires the following Technical Competencies/Skills/Experience Account Management – servicing existing clients including Renewals, Alterations & Mid Term Adjustments Ability to handle and place new business enquiries Computer skills including Windows Office The salary will be around 25 - 30k + Benefits dependent on experience.
