How We Work ...

When working with Candidates we take the time to listen, establish some rapport and understand what is important to them and then work together to identify a number of companies that may be of interest and then a detailed shortlist is produced. Once the candidate has reviewed this list and we have answered any initial questions we then approach the clients on the candidates behalf and arrange interviews and meetings accordingly. It is important that we offer counsel and advice to the candidates every step of the way with the sole aim of ensuring that the right position is matched to the candidate’s desires, aspirations and skill sets.

With regards to clients, we are able to offer a full range of interactive recruiting solutions but before a recommendation is made, Paul Charles Recruitment will wish to develop a relationship with the client, by working together to establish job specification, business strategy, organisation and group structures, individual specification and time scales. When all the information is collated a solution will be recommended which will reflect the specific need of the client. Depending on the brief, this may involve, Executive Search and Selection, Headhunting in the marketplace, Advertised Search, Database Search or Retained Assignments. All methods will ensure that the right result is achieved for all parties concerned.
